Dropshipping & Third-Party Fulfillment

Dreamle operates using a dropshipping and third-party fulfillment model. We do not necessarily keep physical inventory of all products displayed on our store.

When you place an order, the product may be sourced from and shipped directly by an independent supplier or fulfillment partner from one of our available domestic or international warehouses.

For multi-item orders, items may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or at different times, depending on product availability, warehouse location, and shipping arrangements.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, warehouse location, shipping method, and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page or at checkout where available. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your order is delayed, held by customs, returned to the sender, or lost during transit, please contact us at beauty@dreamle.net.

We will work with the relevant shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to assist you and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Depending on your country of destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Dreamle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or government authorities.
